How to Get Food

Every Tuesday from 9:30am to 11:30am, we offer 5-7 days of emergency food monthly per family. First-time visitors should bring an ID or document with their name and address. The pantry serves residents from ZIP codes 60630, 60631, 60646, 60656, 60706, and 60634. All are welcome on their first visit, regardless of residence.

Food Distribution Procedure

You can visit the pantry once per month. When you can visit the pantry depends on the first letter of your last name. Here's how it works:

  • If your last name starts with A, B, C, D, E, or F, come on the first Tuesday of the month.

  • If your last name starts with G, H, I, J, K, or L, come on the second Tuesday of the month.

  • If your last name starts with M, N, O, P, Q, or R, come on the third Tuesday of the month.

  • If your last name starts with S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, or Z, come on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

  • Please come only on the week designated by your last name.
